Pool Group Too LLC Terms of Service

Pool Scouts of Columbus provides residential pool cleaning, maintenance, and related pool care services to customers in its service area. Services may include, but are not limited to, routine pool cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing, debris removal, brushing, vacuuming as needed, equipment inspection, and other pool maintenance services requested by the customer.

Services may be offered on a recurring or one-time basis, depending on customer selection and availability. The scope of services, service frequency, and scheduling may vary based on pool condition, weather, access to the pool, equipment functionality, and other factors outside the company’s control.

All services are performed in accordance with these Terms of Service and any service details or confirmations provided to the customer at the time of booking or service.

By opting in to our SMS Text Message Service, you will receive messages for updates, customer care, and marketing messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
